Isabelle is a dancer, and former student at the National Academy of Dance, and notably Ethan Karamakov's ex-girlfriend.
Biography[]
Isabelle used to be close friends with Kat Karamakov, until she fell for Kat's brother, Ethan Karamakov, her Pau de Deaux partner. Though Kat warned her to not date Ethan, Isabelle and Ethan began to date.
Third Year[]
Semester 1[]
During audition week, Isabelle and two other third years dares Kat to jump off the top of the docks with another first year girl as an initiation ritual. Kat chooses Tara Webster, and they jump. Ethan finds them, yelling at Kat, and Isabelle runs off with her, laughing (Week Zero).
Shortly into their third year, Ethan broke up with Isabelle publicly, and she threw a drink on him. Though she tries to get Kat's help, suspecting Ethan likes another girl, but Kat brushes off with an "told you so." Later that day, Isabelle finds Ethan in the studio, begging to know what she did wrong (Behind Barres). Isabelle still dances with Ethan as her Pau de Deux partner, demonstrating a dance for the first year class (Minefield).
Isabelle later works with Ethan on a hip hop choreography project. Ethan asks Christian to help, as he excels in Hip-Hop, and Christian helps craft choreography where Isabelle is a "rich girl" and Christian as a hip hop dancer in love. When Isabelle tells Christian that no one expected someone of his income background to do well, but says he truly does "deserve" to be at the Academy, Christian goes surfing instead of performing. After a debacle where Christian and Ethan bond, Christian returns for the showcase and dances with Isabelle. (Crush Test Dummies).
Semester 2[]
Isabelle leaves on exchange to Russia, where she said the training was difficult. When she returns from exchange, she says she missed the Academy. Ethan flirts with her, and it's clear Tara and Ethan had something while she was gone, Isabelle jokingly calls him a player (A Midsummer's Night's Dream).
